I ordered 4 cases, the first package came empty and was told i need to contact the postal service then after multiple emails they said the sent out another set which i haven’t received yet, the 2nd set i open the case for the iphone 12 pro and it worked for about 20mins, contacted customer service and even sent them a video. The fit for my phone barely functions as a protective case and doesn't hold up well when on a flat surface.
